“…flourishing in the house of God” (Psalm 52:7)
Life often brings storms that can shape us, or break us. For any tree to survive in a storm it needs deep roots. At Gate Church International we believe that for Christians to truly grow in their relationship with God and survive life’s storms, they must be firmly grounded in their relationship with God and also be planted firmly with deep roots in the Body of Christ released through a strong local church.
In life it is important for us to make wise choices and have good friends to help us on our journey with God. “He who walks with the wise grows wise…” (Proverbs 13:19). We see ourselves as family, friends and partners of the commission that God has given us to “go and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28: 18-20), not just helping people begin their journey with God, but to see them “flourishing in the house of God” (Psalm 52:7).
